207 Radial Tape feeder

207 radial tape feeder is a feeder designed specifically for weaving and feeding materials. This product can be used on SMT and plug-in machines, suitable for materials such as capacitors and LEDs. It has the characteristics of strong universality, fast feeding speed, high work efficiency, low maintenance costs, and can be customized according to different customer needs.

Specialties

1) The feeding module adopts a combination of motor, ratchet wheel, and photoelectric sensor for feeding, with fast feeding speed and high positioning accuracy. Suitable for incoming materials with 12.7mm and 15mm braided hole spacing.

2) The cutting blade module can be compatible with incoming materials of different spans, with a maximum span of 22.5mm.

3) The bending module can be compatible with materials of different spans, with a maximum span of 15MM.

4) The waste belt is cut off on the feeder without the need for additional belt cutting equipment.
