218 Radial Tape feeder

218 radial tape feeder is a feeder designed specifically for ribbon feeding. This product can be used on SMT and plug-in machines, suitable for materials such as capacitors and LEDs. It has the characteristics of strong universality, fast feeding speed, high work efficiency, low maintenance cost, and can be customized according to different customer needs.

Specialties

1) The feeding module adopts a combination of motor, ratchet wheel, and photoelectric sensor for feeding, with fast feeding speed and high positioning accuracy. Suitable for incoming materials with 15mm braided hole spacing.

2) The cutting blade module can be compatible with incoming materials of different spans, with a maximum span of 22.5mm.

3) The waste belt is cut off on the feeder without the need for additional belt cutting equipment.
